We are looking for an energetic Customer Support Coordinator, who will contribute operationally to our success and our mission: 90,000 charge points by the year 2030.
The role & the challenge
As Customer Support Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in the realization of charging locations.
You will manage a small team of Customer support employees, but above all you and the team will contribute directly to the realization of charging locations.
The focus is on charging stations in public spaces as well as businesses, hospitals, office buildings and other places where people return and charge regularly. With our expertise, customized solutions, fast installation times and 100% green energy, we are committed every day to accelerating the European transition to electric vehicles and reducing thecarbon footprint.
The Customer Support team is the first point of contact for our customers.
With an open and customer-friendly attitude, the team guides new customers through the realization process, enabling the customer to charge at one of our charging stations.
As Customer Support Coordinator, you will supervise the employees, who take care of the realization process on a daily basis.
It requires continuous coordination with municipal and business customers and other stakeholders involved.
You have succeeded in your role if you make the team and all stakeholders work together operationally as well as possible, so that the charging stations can be installed within the shortest possible time frame.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for a small but potentially growing team, ensuring that loading infrastructure is achieved.
You must enjoy helping, guiding and developing people.
To manage the process and the team, you must have a good understanding of the process content itself.
The lifecycle journey of the charging station starts with you.
From inventory management to the actual installation falls under your responsibility.
As a result, you are in daily contact with various stakeholders, including: municipalities, grid operators, energy suppliers, back-end providers and B2B customers.
By maintaining good contact with contractors, you personally ensure fast and effective realization of charging stations.
Skills & experience
