Vattenfall InCharge to Acquire Nima Energy’s Ultra-Fast Charging Network

Vattenfall InCharge has agreed to acquire Nima Energy, strengthening its position in Sweden’s public ultra-fast charging market. Nima Energy presently runs 178 high-capacity charging points spread across 16 sites in Sweden. Its chargers offer outputs of up to 300 or 400 kW and are positioned in urban areas and along important transport corridors. The network serves private motorists as well as commercial users, including taxi and fleet operators. The acquisition also includes Nima Energy’s development pipeline, comprising 254 planned charging points at 36 future sites.
