HUB Parking Technology unveils a new wave of innovation at Intertraffic 2016
HUB Parking Technology is about to present groundbreaking innovations at the Intertraffic Tradeshow 2016 in Amsterdam - Booth# 204-208, Hall 2 - and introduce an enhanced value proposition where digital technology, innovative software and mobile solutions play a fundamental part. HUB Parking Technology’s new solutions will allow its clients to re-invent their business and increase their efficiency and profitability.
Today’s organizations are dealing with an increasing number of business challenges, many of which are linked to technology and a stronger need to have tools that adapt to the way users want to work and interact, using their personal smartphones and mobile devices and using them from anywhere at any time.
HUB Parking Technology responds to this need in multiple ways.
JMS, a web-based cutting-edge management system, improves and simplifies the control of parking systems in multiple locations and with different types of HUB equipment. JMS offers an extremely intuitive and user-friendly tile-based interface, with information being presented in an immediate and easy-to-read fashion, allowing the operator to quickly and easily gain actionable insights. JMS is reliable, flexible, and perfectly adaptable; from the smallest installation, to the most complex project with the highest traffic level. JMS was designed considering the valuable feedback and long term experience of our clients in their specific field of application, such as Parking Operators, Airports, Municipalities, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Universities, Hotels and Stadiums. JMS also offers the possibility to enhance, inform and improve your business performance through a customized digital signage solution, allowing you to showcase video content and ads, turning any screen display in your network into a revenue generating tool. JMS can be accessed from both the web or any mobile device using a specific app developed to grant the best user experience and seamless remote access, enabling clients to fully and easily manage their facilities, anywhere and anytime.
Not only parking operators need to have smart software and mobile solutions. Their clients do too. For this reason, HUB Parking Technology is introducing JunglePass, the innovative mobile app that turns parking into a stress-free experience for the end-user and provides precious insights to the operators. JunglePass allows users to easily, smoothly and securely pre-book, find, enter, pay and exit a designated parking facility by simply using a smartphone. Users can also pre-book their parking spot in advance via the app-embedded map, look for available parking facilities, see rates, pre-pay and secure their parking space before starting their trip. Parking operators can now track their transient customers’ behavior, plan long-term business strategies to maximize potential profit from every ticket, engage and reach their clients through mobile technology that is synched with personalization opportunities (send discounts, offers or relevant information to your customers).JunglePass is also fully integrated with the Janus Management System, allowing operators to have total control and visibility, not only when the customer uses paper tickets, but also when they use a mobile phone to enter parking facilities. Indeed, Jungle Pass virtually eliminates the need to interface with other outside applications.
Last, but not least, tenants have a strong need to simplify the Validation Process, especially in the retail industry, but in many others as well. HUB Parking Technology developed a brand new Merchant Mobile Validation App which will offer simple and seamless validation to their patrons. Merchants need only to download the app on their smartphones, scan the ticket using their phone’s camera, select the validation type from a variety of options and they will then be able to offer discounted parking to their customers. This solution is tied to HUB’s management system, JMS, so as soon as the ticket is scanned and the validation is applied, the parking equipment at the exit lane will recognize the validation immediately and the new fee will be calculated. JMS can also deliver useful insights and specific reports regarding validation amounts, frequency, etc. The new HUB Merchant Mobile Validation App enhances customer convenience and allows the merchant to leverage on customers’ loyalty.
Customers are looking for integrated solutions that offer an alternative to the fragmented options available elsewhere. The new HUB software and mobile solutions are the answer and enable immediate access to relevant data, thus saving time and accelerating business value, improve customer experience and create new opportunities to strengthen customers’ loyalty.
