Willemspoort CV and Ballast Nedam Parking Are Building Together: Parking Garage P1 ‘Willemspoort-Zuid'
Ballast Nedam Parking will start in Q2 2022 with the realization of the parking garage near the Jeroen Bosch Hospital. The garage will provide a parking capacity of 360 parking spaces for visitors to the adjacent residential tower and visitors of the hospital.
Almost 500 new apartments, 2100 square meters of commercial space (all together in one tower) and a multi-layered parking garage, will create together the new 'entrance gate' of ‘s-Hertogenbosch: Willemspoort-Zuid. The new residential tower and parking garage will be realized on the current parking facility of the Jeroen Bosch Hospital. This offers the city the opportunity to densify, but it has direct consequences on the parking capacity for visitors of the hospital. The realization of the new parking garage is therefore a small, but crucial part of the larger whole. The parking garage will be completed by Ballast Nedam Parking at the end of 2022 and after this, the construction of the residential tower will start.
Ballast Nedam Parking is designing and building the parking garage in close collaboration with client Willemspoort CV and together with her partners: MH1 architects, WSP, Nieman, Kampstaal, Spiering and Heijmans Infra.
