Corporate Sales Executive (Prague, CZ)

What awaits you

We are building a sales team, we are looking for people who enjoy communicating on the phone and selling on the basis of hot leads - that is, customers who use our application. On a daily basis, you will contact clients who show interest in a business tariff or use our application and the company solution will bring them additional services.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• actively sell, negotiate and offer B2B EasyPark solutions and provide proactive follow-up care, product information and overall support to customers over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers over the phone to increase sales and strengthen the brand.
• Manage daily call activity by planning an effective approach to targeted sales, meeting all KPIs based on defined expectations
• Keep the CRM system updated to ensure data quality
• Personal responsibility for business with the customer, ensuring quality sales

What knowledge and skills should you have?

• You have previous sales experience; if you have experience in B2B sales, telephone is an advantage
• You have the determination to strive to achieve and exceed goals and target values
• You are a team player and self-motivated, you feel comfortable working independently as well as in a team
• You are an enthusiastic and innovative person who is never satisfied with being "good enough" and at the same time constantly strives to improve.
• You are a capable communicator with good active listening skills and good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• We require fluent knowledge of Czech and English (B2 - minimum) (will be verified during the recruitment process)
