IT Support Associate (Budapest, HU)

Introduction

Asura Technologies Ltd., founded in 2017 and based in Budapest, is looking for an IT Support Associate to join our team. Our company designs, develops, and deploys AI-based parking, traffic monitoring, and security systems worldwide, integrating our proprietary video analytics and license plate recognition software.

Asura is active globally, with the United States as a key market. Through our strategic partners, we are involved in numerous projects in several countries across Europe and Asia. Responsibilities

• Remote installation, configuration, and operation of Linux operating systems
• Processing and prioritizing support tickets
• Resolving incoming issues and escalating to higher support levels if necessary
• Setting up and remotely managing camera systems
• Completing project-related tasks, coordinating and monitoring them
• Operating and maintaining office IT equipment
• Working in shifts (24/7) from home, depending on the schedule

Requirements

• Secondary education in IT or relevant experience in a similar role (Service Desk)
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems
• Fundamental networking knowledge
• Experience with MS Office applications
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule
• High level of independence
• Accurate and responsible work performance
• Customer-oriented mindset and helpfulness
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate English language proficiency (primarily written)
