Ryan MacLagan
Ryan MacLagan oversees the parking industry vertical and is the revenue management evangelist for the IDeaS parking division. Ryan partners with clients to understand their needs, assisting them in developing their revenue roadmap and recommending the appropriate solutions to achieve their goals. He has brought revenue management to many major airport car parks around the world, including Heathrow, Phoenix, Sydney and more.
As a general manager at several hotel properties, Ryan brings a vast amount of expertise in travel/hospitality management and has been directly responsible for optimizing revenues, client satisfaction, and service delivery. During his 15 years at IDeaS, Ryan has covered several key roles, ultimately ensuring clients get the most out of their revenue management system and strategy. More recently, as Product Manager, he has been integral to the addition of key solution features, including Group Pricing and Continuous Pricing, shaping IDeaS software solutions into what they are today.
