Q-Park Strengthens Presence In Metz, France.
We are pleased to announce today the acquisition of the "Mazelle" car park (26-year DSP with Metz Métropole) and the takeover of the operation of the "Paixhans" car park.
In addition to the "Aubertin" and "Boulevard de Trèves" car parks, Q-Park now manages a total of 4 car parks in the Ville de Metz!
These two facilities, representing a total capacity of nearly 700 seats, will benefit from Q-Park's own know-how in order to accommodate all types of urban mobility and the customer experience:
- 24/7 accessibility
- New charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles and a secure bike zone
- Automatic license plate reading for easy entry and exit
- A seat reservation service for users who want to organize their trip in advance
- New personal services: defibrillator and battery start
The Q-Park application, the monitoring of the vehicle's electric charge on a smartphone and the responsiveness of our customer contact center to each call in less than 30 seconds make these new parks located at the entrance to the city a new asset for the territory, at the service of an urban development that is both dynamic and harmonious, for a more attractive city center and smoother travel.
