Q-Park UK arrives in Cardiff Bay

The Welsh capital will be the new home for Q-Park Cardiff Bay, previously known as the Pierhead Street car park. Q-Park Cardiff Bay currently provides 1,238 parking spaces serving the local community.

Q-Park is delighted to be able to share the high quality parking ethos to a new audience of parkers. The European parking provider is highly recognised for providing a quality parking experience within a safe and secure environment. Q-Park Cardiff Bay will be transformed to meet Q-Park’s standards with updated signage with plans to introduce the latest parking equipment including the integration of contactless payment facility on entry and exit.

In addition customers can look forward to the introduction of Q-Park Rewards the new loyalty app which offers discounted parking and relevant local offers to Q-Parkers. Q-Park also offers a range of convenient services including pre-booking, season tickets, free loan of umbrellas and baby buggies, shoe shine machine, defibrillator and jump starter kit in case of a car emergency.

Q-Park Cardiff Bay is ideally situated in the heart of Cardiff Bay and has an exclusive parking partnership with the Wales Millennium Centre which is Wales’ national home for the performing arts.
