Q-Park Acquires the French Company SAGS, the 4th Largest Player in the French Parking Market
With this acquisition, Q-Park consolidates its position as a major player in parking and urban mobility in West Europe and in France specifically. Q-Park will benefit from SAGS's experience and complementary locations to roll out its sustainable mobility solutions and seamless parking services with even greater ambition inside French regions.
The acquisition of SAGS will help Q-Park France significantly increase its presence across the entire value chain of off- and on-street business activities. This comprehensive offering will provide a platform to respond even more effectively to tender calls from city councils.
The acquisition will also help strengthen regional presence in France, particularly in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes area thanks to the specific and unique operational capabilities of SAGS' alpine teams, and in Île-de-France (Paris region).

Q-Park reached agreement for the full purchase of SAGS and has conducted a thorough due diligence process which resulted in the deal completion on December 9th 2024.
