27th Location For Q-Park In Amsterdam

With the opening of Q-Park AMST on Julianaplein, Q-Park adds its 27th parking facility in the Capital. The parking garage offers space for 116 public parking spaces on two underground floors, eighteen of which are equipped with a charging station. Together with the AMST apartment complexes above it, the parking garage provides an impetus for the redevelopment and revitalization of the area around the Amstel station.

Q-Park has agreed a longer-term rental agreement with UNION Investment Real Estate. In addition to the Q-Park parking garage, MRP Development's AMST project includes space for 252 apartments, a Jumbo supermarket and a McDonald's restaurant.
