Passport Brings Real-time Analytics for Citations Management to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

DFW enforcement officers can now leverage mobile solution

Passport

Passport, the leader in mobile parking applications and enforcement software, is set to roll out a data-driven citation platform to streamline Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport’s operations. The airport is leveraging Passport’s citation management platform to provide an efficient way for both enforcement officers and back office users to access real-time data and improve workflows.

Passport is setting the watermark in offering a comprehensive citation management platform that leverages real-time data transfer to streamline operations for both enforcement officers and backoffice users. Officers can utilize wireless handheld devices with Bluetooth printers to issue citations, conduct digital chalking, and upload pictures of violations while enforcing throughout the airport’s parking locations. The data is immediately transferred to Passport’s back office system, which significantly improves how administrators manage citations. Additionally, with Passport’s platform, the airport can import tickets from other sources such as the police department, giving administrators a full view of all violations on a single platform.

Passport is excited to enhance citation management for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport,” said Mike Mohler, project manager at Passport. “We are proud to power one of the nation’s largest international hubs with our citations management platform and to shape the future of the way that airports across the US enforce parking.”

DFW’s parking administrators can utilize the platform for real-time officer tracking, pull ticket density reports, and analyze citation patterns. Drivers that receive citations are able to pay for them almost instantly through Passport’s online payment system, resulting in a better experience for the users and higher collection rates for the airport.
