Manage Compliance Like Never Before With Passport’s Photo Enforcement Solution
In the ever-evolving landscape of enforcement management and safety, innovation continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our roadways. Among the latest advancements, Passport’s Photo Enforcement solution stands out as a beacon of efficiency and effectiveness in revolutionizing parking monitoring.
Imagine a system that seamlessly integrates with various camera providers, empowering municipalities and operators to ensure compliance and enhance safety in off-street, frictionless environments by mail or directed enforcement. This cutting-edge technology not only captures violations with precision but also facilitates a frictionless process from detection to resolution.
Other Key Benefits:
- Enforce more accurately with real-time transfer of data
- Receive consistent updates on time limits, permit or scofflaw violations between the LPR camera, back office, and violator payment portal
- Increase revenue by streamlining operations and managing frictionless environments more effectively
- Ensure citations make it to violators through a direct mail system where allowable
- Access custom reporting and LPR queue for permissible use scenarios to make more strategic decisions for your operations
- Improve the violator experience by providing a transparent and seamless life cycle of the violation from start to finish
How It Works
Passport’s Portal review process allows the municipality more control as the LPR queue can be used to verify information and improve accuracy of issued citations. Some LPR cameras cannot pass along LPN State, so this process is imperative for citations by mail while we perform the appropriate Registered Owner lookup.
After a back-office user makes a decision from the queue, those approved will become citations and live in Decision History, alongside those rejected as well.
Additional Photo Enforcement reporting details can be found within Passport’s Portal.
