The water detention basin is in the basement or the parking garage, with parking starting from the second floor. Solar panels are installed on the rooftop and the parking garage features electric vehicle chargers to make the facility greener. Aside from the license plate recognition camera at the entrance and exit, all 210 spaces are covered with Parkxper camera-based parking guidance system.

With the eight-color LED indicator, parking spaces for special usage can be easily identified: pink for mother and child; blue for disabled and yellow for VIPs or contracted parking. The camera-based smart sensors are installed in the middle of the lane and one device is capable of handling up to six spaces, helping to save energy and meet the purpose of a green building. The LPR function makes future extensions such as a car finding app or kiosk possible. 

The LED signage is network-based, which makes it easy to show icons and even commercials or evacuation messages. The number of available spaces on the signage is calculated by the camera-based smart sensor. With the combination of both, drivers can find vacant spaces in no time and reduce air pollution.
