Paragon ID Appoints John Rogers as New CEO

Owned by Grenadier Holdings, Paragon ID, a leading provider of secure identification solutions for e-ID, Transport & Smart Cities, Track & Trace & Brand Protection and Payment, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Rogers as its new Chief Executive Officer. John Rogers succeeds Clem Garvey, who after seven years of dedicated service has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Paragon, also a division of Grenadier Holdings.

John Rogers brings a wealth of experience in the technology and identification industries to Paragon ID. Prior to his appointment, Rogers was Executive Director of Corporate Development for Grenadier Holdings for 10 years, and he already supported Paragon ID as Chairman of the Board and in driving its acquisitive growth since 2017. Prior to joining Grenadier, John was Executive Officer of NASDAQ-listed secure identification provider Identiv, Vice President of Strategy for the Identification Technology Group of Assa Abloy and CEO of Sokymat (now HID Global), formerly the world’s largest manufacturer of RFID tags. He remains an Executive Director of Grenadier Holdings.
