Paragon ID Appoints François Gauthier as Chief Operating Officer

Paragon ID, leading provider of identification solutions for e-ID, Transport & Smart Cities, Traceability & Brand Protection, and Payment, is pleased to announce the promotion of François Gauthier to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

François Gauthier joined the company in 2012 as Track & Track Business Unit Director and EMEA Operations Director and has since held several key roles, including EMEA General Manager. He was appointed as Chief Industrial & Supply Chain Officer in 2022. Prior to Paragon ID, François held business unit and operational management roles at large industrial companies including Lafarge, Vallourec and Daher. Over the years, he has demonstrated strong leadership, a commitment to operational efficiency, and a passion for innovation.

With extensive expertise in operations and a proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technology in industrial operations, he has been instrumental in delivering growth, transforming our manufacturing processes, and supporting the company’s strategic vision. He has played an integral role in the company’s continued growth and success.

In his new position as COO, François Gauthier will oversee the operations across the Paragon ID group. Working closely with the executive leadership team, he will lead the expansion of our RFID capabilities driving product and manufacturing innovation, process optimisation and supply chain efficiency. He will also support the integration of newly acquired companies.
