In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Customer Support Operator M/F for our QCR, the nerve center of our organization.

Made up of a team of professionals, it allows the remote supervision of all the parking lots for which we provide management in France, whether it is to provide a response and/or action adapted to the demand and needs of each customer, or to ensure their monitoring.

Quality, Safety and Service are the key words.

Missions:

Customer support: 80% of the position

  • You receive calls from customers using all car parks.
  • You handle the customer's request from start to finish, using separate media, until their difficulty is resolved, as the situations encountered are multiple.
  • These are short calls with an average duration of 70 seconds, via intercom.
  • This involves a dense work rate requiring responsiveness and a very strong ability to adapt.

Remote monitoring: 20% of the position
You remotely ensure the security of the sites by analyzing information from security or video surveillance systems installed on site. You use remote monitoring and video surveillance devices and equipment either independently or in a complementary manner. In the event of an alarm(s) or proven anomaly(ies), you trigger the actions defined in the instructions given, in compliance with the regulations in force and the procedures of the remote monitoring or video surveillance center.

Profile sought:

An excellent communicator, you will be able to demonstrate empathy and listen attentively to the customer's request, while maintaining control of your call, in order to obtain the information necessary to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Responsive, you have the ability to perform several tasks simultaneously, while having good self-control.
