Your job

As a Senior IT Product Owner (Business Platform) you are responsible for supporting (end2end) business processes in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations and Finance within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You develop a realistic product vision and implement it within Nedap. In addition, you manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to Nedap's operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.

Your main responsibilities are

• Developing a product vision and roadmap for product development;
• Involving stakeholders and collaborating with operational managers, finance, key users and Microsoft partners;
• Implementing and actively communicating and sharing the product vision within the organization;
• Supporting business processes together with your team;
• Contribute to the transition from management to product-oriented operations;
• Simplifying processes and promoting the adoption of changes required by Nedap's development;
• Making decisions about investments and strategies within your domain.

Your team

You will become part of our growing IT General team. You will also work closely with a team of operational managers, financial specialists, key users and partners from Microsoft. The team is diverse and includes experts from different backgrounds, all working together to achieve strategic goals and improve operational efficiency.

In addition you have

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
• At least one ERP migration supervised in the manufacturing industry within an international environment;
• Experience with managing business processes. At least within the Operations domain (Finance and Commercial is an advantage);
• Knowledge of IT Architecture and/or Enterprise Architecture. And you are able to convert this into business opportunities;
• Knowledge of and experience with a Subscription Business model is an advantage.
