Working as a Sales support specialist

In this role, you will work in a friendly team, in which you will collaborate with colleagues from different departments. You will have close contact with both the Account Managers and the Service Manager to jointly ensure a 9+ customer experience. Your proactive attitude enables you to quickly anticipate sales signals from existing customers and maintain these relationships via telephone and e-mail. In addition, you support your sales colleagues (both internal and external) in expanding our range of digital services and parking equipment for customers.

Division of your work

40% Drafting and managing service and maintenance contracts for customers, including issuing quotations, monitoring commercial follow-up and providing administrative processing
30% Providing support to sales colleagues and guiding incoming mail and telephone calls regarding sales and contracts
15% Handling sales of individual items and providing invoicing for IP Parking NL
15% Monitoring, securing and adjusting internal procedures and reports, and supporting colleagues with various questions

You will be working in the IPNL Sales team in Deurne. The team consists of 11 employees and they work on:

1. Maintaining and improving customer contact and the customer experience
2. Achieving the objectives through consultive selling
3. Strengthening and expanding our market position

We are looking for:

• A motivated and eager colleague
• MBO level of thinking and working
• You have relevant work experience in a similar position
• A good command of the Dutch and English language
• You are communicative, customer-oriented, proactive and have an eye for detail
• You can work well with Microsoft Office and have an affinity with IT

• Salary - €2400.00 - €2750.00, depending on your experience
