What you'll do....

  • As an Analyst, Utilities & Markets, you will play a crucial role in shaping our EV strategy through insightful data analysis and research.
  • Research & Scout: Manage key research tasks for identifying new EV installation and DER (Distributed Energy Resource) aggregation opportunities. Maintain a dynamic resource of EV and EVSE incentives and grant programs across North America.
  • Support Strategy: Provide data analysis and research to support Flash’s EV strategy, working closely with our Vice President of Utility Market Development.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Stay on top of regulatory EV charging incentives, dockets, and developments. Provide updates to our teams and assist Flash clients with relevant legislative changes.
  • Team Collaboration: Update product and sales teams on utility, market, and legislative changes pertinent to EV charging and fleet opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Offer valuable input to our utility market development and EV team on existing trends and potential opportunities for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) installation and DER aggregations.

What we're looking for...

  • Experience & Initiative: A self-starter with 2-4 years of experience in quantitative research or analysis. Utility or transportation experience is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Proven ability to create and disseminate content for public outreach materials. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in policy, business, or a technical field of study.

$95,000 - $115,000 a year
