We are looking for an Inside Sales – Corporate Account Executive to join our B2B sales team in Berlin, contributing actively to the growth of our B2B segment in Germany.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Acquire and commercially scout medium to large companies with field employees or a fleet. You will manage the entire sales process and negotiations to closure.
  • Create proposals, negotiate, and sell EasyPark's B2B solutions to businesses, ensuring smooth customer onboarding.
  • Maintain high daily phone activity for customer acquisition.
  • Build and nurture relationships at all levels, from gatekeepers to decision-makers, using various communication channels (phone, email, messaging, video, social media, etc.).
  • Efficiently manage your sales pipeline: Balance pipeline activities including prospecting, product presentations, negotiations, closures, CRM maintenance, and personal forecasting.
  • Execute sales strategies and plans to achieve expected KPIs related to activity levels such as call volume, meetings with prospects, proposals generated, conversions, etc.
  • Contribute with your ideas and input to continuously improve our sales processes.

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, ideally with a focus on larger corporate clients.
  • Excellent German language skills (spoken & written) and good English skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Ability to actively listen to customers and quickly adapt to their needs.
  • Consultative sales approach ensuring a "win-win" solution for customers.
  • Organizational skills, results orientation, and a strong determination to achieve excellence.
