We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Head of B2B to drive growth and lead our Austrian B2B team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international organization, where you will benefit from the support and collaboration of a global team while having the autonomy to shape the future of your market.

About the Role:

As a Head of B2B, you will lead and inspire a high performing team in a collaborative, thriving and results-oriented environment. With the backing of a well-established international business, you’ll implement sales strategies, develop your team, and drive business growth. You’ll be a key player in ensuring we reach our ambitious goals, while maintaining the highest standards of customer engagement and sales excellence.

You will contribute and make an impact in many ways:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Take ownership of budget and target setting, ensuring your team achieves key sales and growth objectives.
  • Implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve market growth in Austria.
  • Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the international sales team of European sales managers and other EasyPark functions.
  • Maintain a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark's values: Be Curious, Play together, Inch by Inch.
  • Represent the Austrian market within our international business, working closely with global teams to share best practices and drive success.

Your Profile:

  • Proven success in B2B sales leadership, with a strong record of driving growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • People leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and coach your team to success.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and humble approach.
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • A passion for working in a global business, with a desire to contribute to an international, dynamic work environment.
