We are looking for
A Technical Solution Specialist / Installer who will be responsible for local customer support for parking system software solutions.
- Solving technical problems: repairs and replacement of damaged elements in parking equipment
- Customer service: High commitment to customer service, providing customers with reliable assistance and solving their technical problems
- Technical Problem Management: Monitor and manage customer technical issues, implement solutions, and expand the knowledge base
- Cooperation with the company's CTS technical support team in Poland and the headquarters in Germany
- Thorough analysis of technical problems, with the possibility of solving them yourself or transferring them to level 2 support, depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out warranty and post-warranty inspections and services.
- Repair of equipment at the customer's premises.
- Identification of spare parts necessary to remove the failure.
- Installation of new equipment and customer training in its operation in cooperation with the CTS department
- Reporting the status of service orders.
- Keeping the required technical documentation of the service activities carried out
Our requirements
- Technical education preferred
- Knowledge of basic issues related to computer networks
- Good knowledge of English in the field of interpersonal and technical communication
- Independence, responsibility and self-reliance
- Knowledge of Windows
- Experience with CCTV/LPR camera systems
- Knowledge of AC systems and VoIP interphone systems
- Possession of a category B. SEP driving license up to 1kV
- Experience with service or installation of parking equipment is welcome
- Availability for temporary trips to installations and services throughout Poland
- Knowledge of power tools
