After-Sales Service & Installation Technician (Ile de France, FR)

DESIGNA is strengthening its presence on the French market and is recruiting new After-Sales Service & Installation technicians. He/She will lead all installation, commissioning and preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the Systems marketed by DESIGNA France (toll and access control solutions for car parks). By joining our teams, you will benefit from a complete training program on our products, at the end of your training you will intervene independently in the field and you will be a key element in the relationships we maintain with our customers.
Your missions
- Establish an accurate diagnosis of the problems encountered by the customer
- Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Standard exchange and/or repair of spare parts
- Intervention on software and network settings - Installation and commissioning of our solutions (Hardware and software)
- Daily car trips in your region
Your skills
- Identify, diagnose and know the resources needed to resolve a hardware & software malfunction
- Listen, Support, then Advise customers on the best configuration for their system
- Maintain our systems regularly
- Know how to manage emergency situations
- Have good relationships with your various contacts with customers.
- Know how to work in a team and follow up on their interventions.
