What your day with us looks like
With us, you have the creative freedom to independently develop your topics with new impulses and thus create real added value for the entire DESIGNA Group.
- Recruiting: You are responsible for our global candidate experience from job advertisements to onboarding. You search for new colleagues on various channels. In addition to classic job advertisements, you also create social media ads (funnels) and address suitable profiles directly via Xing or LinkedIn. You also support us at our job fairs. After the contract has been signed, you ensure that our new team members have a good start with us as part of the onboarding.
- Employer Branding: You develop creative strategies to make DESIGNA's attractiveness as an employer visible and to further increase employee satisfaction. We have employer branding ambassadors in the various company divisions who support you with ideas. You plan and implement suitable measures independently. This also includes maintaining and further developing our careers page as well as planning and carrying out internal team events.
- HR Classics: In addition to our respective focus areas, we have a generalist approach. Therefore, you also advise our specialists and managers on legal, operational and collective bargaining issues. The creation of contracts, commission statements and certificates as well as the conception and implementation of HR projects make your working day varied. Fleet management and the administration of bike leasing complete your area of responsibility.
