Your profile
Professional experience with a focus on C#, .NET, and C++.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Comprehensive knowledge on modernization and upgrading outdated systems.
Proven experience in leading teams, making decisions, and driving projects to completion.
Strong decision-making capabilities, prioritization, and the ability to push the team toward success.
Fluency in German and English to collaborate with international teams.
