IT Support Employee (Budapest, HU)

Introductory

We are looking for an IT Support employee to join the team of Asura Technologies Zrt., founded in 2017 and headquartered in Budapest. Our company designs, develops and installs parking, traffic monitoring and security systems based on Artificial Intelligence worldwide, into which we integrate our own developed video analytics and license plate recognition software.

Asura is active worldwide, our most important market is the United States, and through our strategic partners we are present in many projects in several countries in Europe and Asia. In short, if you work for us, you create foreign trends at home. Our development is well illustrated by the fact that over the past 6 years, the team has grown from the initial 3 people to 180+ people and another 25 people work for us in the USA.

Tasks

• Remote installation, configuration and operation of Linux operating systems
• Processing and prioritization of error tickets
• Solving incoming problems and, if necessary, escalating them to additional support levels
• Setup and remote management of camera systems
• Carrying out, coordinating and monitoring project-related tasks
• Operation and maintenance of office IT equipment
• Working in shifts (24/7) from home depending on schedule

Expectations

• Intermediate IT degree or experience in a similar position (Service Desk).
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems
• Basic network knowledge
• Experience in using MS Office
• Undertaking multiple shift work schedules
• A high degree of independence
• Accurate, responsible work
• Customer-oriented approach, helpfulness
• Adequate communication skills
• Intermediate level of English language skills (primarily written)

• Knowledge of IP-based video cameras
