Assistant Management Accountant - Uxbridge - Full-time - £30,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant working within the Finance team. You will need a passion for numbers and be eager to learn with a small amount of Accounts experience for this role. Tenacity and resilience are key! You will need good basic Excel skills for this role.
This team looks at forecasted performance against budgets, as well as provide accurate and meaningful analysis on variances. As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will support the team in various reporting and support the delivery of deadlines. The role requires a significant amount of interaction with internal and external stakeholders, therefore good communication skills are an essential.

What you’ll do:
- Assist with the set up of new sites
- Review forecasted performance against budgets
- Calculate client revenue shares
- Raise selfbill invoices and initiate client payments
- Post weekly revenue and preparation of weekly Client Reports and payments
- Prepare the Client Month End Accrual reports and VAT Check
- Liaise with Management Accountants for any revenue-based queries from Ops / Clients
- Set up of Revenue Reporting Sheets
- Continuous monitoring and resolution of Cash & Card Aged balances
- Run month end procedures including journals and reconciliations
- Investigate cash in transit and banking differences
- Deal with the preparation of half and full year audit files
