We are an industry leading front service technology solutions company

specialized in Parking systems. We are looking for a tech professional with great customer service skills to join our remote support team and be part of the best support team of our industry.

This role will be for a frontline support technician for our customers, who will provide expert support for a variety of software applications. This position will troubleshoot problems, answer questions, and ensure our users are getting the most out of their software. Our Team operates 7 days a week and with extended business hours covering a global client base.

Job Duties:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, Video conference or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Research and identify solutions to complex software problems.
  • Document technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest software trends and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions.
  • May escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience troubleshooting software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of computer hardware and software concepts.
  • Proficiency in a variety of operating systems (e.g., Windows, iOS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Valet Parking or Self-Parking experience is a plus.
  • Strong server network experience, set-up, hosting, virtualization.
  • Understand SQL database setup and configuration system installation and support background.
  • Experience with remote access tools such as - , MS Teams, Zoom, LogMeIn, TeamViewer and any other VPN platforms.
  • Knowledgeable of all Microsoft 365 products.
