INTEGRA-pw combines a safety barrier for people and vehicle collision protection in one system solution and is installed in multi-storey car parks, parking pallets and underground car parks. People and vehicle impact loads are absorbed and transferred to the supporting structure via the system connections.
INTEGRA-pw X-LONG is a new products for buildings with post spacing up to 7.8 m.
Solid intermediate supports with matching foundation work or fastening of supports to the roadway slabs can often be avoided, which prevents chloride ingress into the concrete slabs and therefore reduces construction and follow-on costs.
The facts:
INTEGRA-pw X-Long
X-Long consists of two mat bodies, a light structural central support and 12 fastening elements.
The mat bodies are connected to the center support with four fasteners. The mats are also attached to the structural supports with four fastening elements each.
The construction can withstand dynamic loads exerted by vehicles with a total weight of up to 2.5 to. travelling at a speed of 4.5 m/s or 16 km/h. In the event of collision, it guarantees that the acting loads are transferred to the substructure and in doing so fulfils the legal requirements of the State Building Code (LBO) as well as the valid European standards for collision protection systems in parking structures.
