The relaxed shopping experience starts when you arrive, for the indoor car park is directly linked to the centre and will make use of the shortest and quickest route to directly navigate the shopper to the next free car-parking space. As such, the 3.000 existing car-parking spaces - for which parking is free of charge - are currently being modernized with an individual car-parking space sensor system. MSR-Traffic provides ultrasound sensors for precisely detecting the presence or absence of vehicles on parking spaces, as such navigating drivers directly to the next free parking space with the help of modern LED displays located on all levels of the indoor car park and for each and every parking space. Thanks to this technology, most of the usual traffic caused by drivers looking for free parking spaces will be a thing of the past, and there will be less CO2 emissions. Afterwards, the system and its individual components can be comfortably analysed and remote-controlled from anywhere in the world with the ParkGard® Control Centre, a web-based user surface.
