WPS installs parking system at Villa Park

The Villa Park complex includes 14 buildings, used for housing, offices and shops, and a public parking facility. Both the undergroung parking and the surface lot will be equipped with a WPS parking management solution.

Villa Park is constructed by Teixeira Duarte, one of the largest construction companies in Portugal. Resopark and Teixeira Duarte have already cooperated before, and the strong and stable relationship between both companies is the main reason for awarding Resopark this new order.

The first phase of the project, consisting of five residential buildings and the recently opened Hospital da Luz, has already been completed. The final phase of the project will be completed by the summer of 2010.
