Technoso Welcomes Erez Cohen as Chief Technology Officer

Technoso, a global leader in advanced parking solutions, is pleased to formally announce the appointment of Mr. Erez Cohen to the esteemed position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Mr. Cohen, with his extensive background in technology and product development, will be an invaluable addition to Technoso’s executive team.

During his tenure at TIBA Parking Systems, Mr. Cohen held the pivotal role of Executive Vice President of Product and Development. Under his leadership, TIBA underwent transformative changes, positioning itself as a global market leader in the PARCS industry (Parking Access & Revenue Control Systems). Erez was instrumental in managing a formidable R&D department comprising over 30 engineers, specializing in diverse areas such as Software Development (Web/Mobile/Apps/SaaS), Hardware, Embedded Software, and Architecture.

His visionary approach led TIBA’s strategic transition towards SaaS/Cloud/Mobile-based solutions, integrating cutting-edge technologies and best practices. Furthermore, he successfully steered the organization’s shift to Agile methodologies, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced product delivery. Erez’s commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s customers, integrators, and resellers, especially in the U.S. market, has been a testament to his dedication and leadership prowess.

Before his transformative role at TIBA, Mr. Cohen served as the VP of Off-Street Operations at Pango Pay & Go, Israel’s market leader in Smart Mobility Payment solutions. With over 3 million users, Pango stands as one of Israel’s most recognized Fintech products.

At Pango, Erez showcased his strategic acumen by managing business relations with parking facility owners and managers, enhancing both B2B and B2C experiences. Recognizing the need for dedicated support, he was pivotal in establishing a new “Technical Support” department, further enhancing the company’s operational efficiency and creating and facilitating the acquisition of Pango Japan.

Mr. Cohen’s earlier engagement with RealTime Ltd. saw him delve deep into the development of core server applications, leading product roadmaps and emphasizing his profound expertise in technology. His vast experience, combined with his strategic vision and unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence, positions him perfectly for steering Technoso’s forward-looking approach.
