T2 Systems Launches New eTicketBook Software
New solution gives enforcement officers an alternative to handheld devices or traditional ticketbooks
T2 Systems is pleased to announce its newest parking enforcement solution, eTicketBook software. This easy-to-use solution is designed to give parking organizations an alternative to using traditional ticketbooks. eTicketBook software is also a cost-effective supplement for organizations who do not have handheld devices for all who issue parking tickets.
There are often challenges associated with handwritten citations; it can be difficult to read officers handwriting, and the time and effort required to locate and manually input all of the data into the parking management system can be significant. T2s new eTicketBook software eliminates the hassles associated with handwritten tickets by enabling officers to issue parking citations from their in-vehicle computers and automatically upload the citation data into the T2 Flex parking management system.
We are constantly looking for new ways to use technology to simplify our customers operations. This new software solution expands the use of existing equipment and makes both officers and administrative staff more efficient, said Irena Goloschokin, Executive VP of Strategy and Products for T2. The eTicketBook software gives parking organizations another option for managing their citations and increasing their revenue.
The new eTicketBook software also integrates with AutoVu, a mobile license plate recognition (LPR) system developed by Genetec, a pioneer in the physical security industry and a provider of world-class IP security solutions. The AutoVu solution will automatically collect license plate information, compare it against parking enforcement databases and then alert operators of vehicles in violation. Upon an alert, the operator only needs to press the Enforced button to pre-populate the citation entry in T2s eTicketBook and quickly issue the citation.
