The release of T2 Flex 7.4 contains new features that deliver efficiencies and functionality to parking operations, including Loyalty Programs and Online Facility Reservations, built on the T2 Flex unified platform.

The T2 Flex Loyalty Program provides parking operations with a strong customer acquisition and retention tactic: allowing parkers to earn discounts based on parking frequency, dollars spent, or duration of stay at a parking location. Parking operations can now provide incentives to parkers, and offer tiered reward structures that reward greater loyalty with greater discounts, to attract and maintain a customer base that becomes unlikely to park at a competitor’s location. And since the Loyalty Program is tied directly to the parker’s record, Loyalty information is easily reported on and is always precise.
Not all parking reservations are created equal. Unlike some third party Reservations systems, T2 Flex Online Facility Reservations accounts for online parking facility reservation booking and reservation fulfillment in real time—and in the same place as all other parking data, just like the T2 Loyalty Program. Reconciling reservations and available capacity, a troublesome task that has historically required manual intervention, is now automatic.
