Parking Management Dashboards

The T2 Flex™ Parking Management Dashboards monitor key performance indicators and gain deeper insight into your operation with real-time parking information and data analysis tools. Turn data into information into action with graphical widgets that transform extensive parking data into actionable information. Your dashboard, now included as part of the T2 Flex uni!ed parking management platform, is a quick and easy-touse data analysis tool that lets you spend more time focusing on driving performance, not measuring it.

Real-time Banner® Integration

With this integration, you can communicate real-time demographic and citation payment information between T2 FlexTM and Ellucian™ Banner. Real-time integration means you will no longer have to worry about the inaccurate invoicing, incorrect citations, and inappropriate academic statuses caused by delayed batch updates between T2 Flex and Banner. Demographic and citation information can now be updated instantly.

Blackboard Integration

The integration with the Blackboard TransactTM one-card solution allows students to pay for parking with the same card  they use to purchase books or food, and gain access to facilities and ticketed events. Students will be delighted with the use of this familiar technology, and your administration will be pleased with the streamlined efficiency in the bursar’s office and the enhanced value of your parking and payment systems.

CBORD® Integration

The integration with CBORD’s one-card solutions allows students to pay for parking with the same card they use to purchase books or food, and gain access to facilities and ticketed events. Students will be delighted with the use of this familiar technology, and your administration will be pleased with the streamlined efficiency in the bursar’s office and the enhanced value of your parking and payment systems.

Test Email Formatting

Tired of your customers ignoring your ugly, poorly formatted emails? Test Email Formatting functionality in T2 Flex lets you quickly identify problem tags and eliminate them from your letters for good. The result: email without ugly breaks and odd characters, and email your customers will take seriously.

California DMV Interface

For our customers in California, enhancements to T2 Flex CA DMV feature bring it into line with the latest regulations. Three of the tasks used for T2 Flex CA DMV interfacing have been expanded to include new capabilities including: removing citation pre!xes set by an external vendor; allowing overpayment to citations, with refunds to be issued from T2 Flex; customer matching that includes the option to match on Primary Street, City, or Zip Code; and more!

New Standard Tasks

Flex 7.5 features !ve new tasks designed to provide a higher level of convenience and security. Now you can automatically update customer addresses, securely move !les between your FTP site and the T2 Hosted Environment, and more!

• Send test emails quickly to a list of recipients
• Help debug email formatting issues

CA DMV Functionality

• Remove a citation pre!x set by an external vendor during the export with Export Hold Requests
• Remove a citation pre!x set by an external vendor during the export, allow an overpayment to the citation, with the refund to be issued from Flex with Import Hold Updates
• Select whether or not to automatically assign unassigned citations to the imported customer with Import RO Results

New Standard Tasks

• Remove Waiting List Attempts deletes each the waiting list attempt from the list returned by the pre-de!ned query. This task is useful for removing expired attempts, removing attempts older than a certain date, removing attempts by certain types of customers, etc.
• Permit Balances to Third Parties moves the balances on permits returned by a pre-de!ned query to the third party de!ned in the query. This allows a third party to be invoiced for the permit balance.
• Decrement Payment Schedule Payments decrements the selected payment schedule template’s number of payments by one every time it is run, until it hits zero, after which the number of payment schedule payments resets to the maximum number of payments de!ned in the task. This allows you to automatically reduce the number of payments remaining for a defined payment schedule template without having to manually change the lookup table management configuration.
• Update Customer Addresses updates, marks historical, or deletes the addresses returned by the pre-defined query.
• Secure File Transfer securely moves files between a customer FTP server and the T2 hosted environment.
