Daniel Ungar Joins Management Board of sunhill technologies GmbH

Starting the first of January 2019 Daniel Ungar became Managing Director and leads together with
Matthias Mandelkow and Christoph Schwarzmichel the subsidiary of Volkswagen Financial Services
AG. He heads the departments Finance and Operations as well as Security and Compliance.

The extension of the Managing Director Board underlines the goals of sunhill technologies to work in
close collaboration with Volkswagen Financial Services AG, the affiliate PaybyPhone and the brands
of the Volkswagen Group. "This close cooperation will change the understanding of tomorrow’s
mobility”, emphasizes Daniel Ungar. "sunhill technologies offers a dynamic, innovative setting and

challenges. “

Besides the app travipay sunhill technologies develops further parking apps for the brands of the VW
Group to enable digital payment of parking transactions in whole Germany. By 2019 the service will
be integrated in the first cars of the VW Group.
