Smart Parking has just Announced to the ASX that a Contract Award Notice has been Received from the City of Moonee Valley, Melbourne

Smart Parking are delighted to announce that we have newly received a contract award notice to supply and install 1,500 real-time sensors as part of a parking monitoring and management system in the City of Moonee Valley.

Along with the hardware and software packages to be deployed by Smart Parking, the City of Moonee Valley are taking a huge step towards their Smart City agenda by including in the scope provision for public WiFi through Smart Parking’s SmartCloud communications infrastructure.

This is a very exciting initiative, as it allows Smart Parking and Moonee Valley to provide a comprehensive and future-proof Smart City solution. Public WiFi creates new opportunities for community engagement and collaboration in the City’s public spaces, as well as the capability to seamlessly add more services in the future using the Smart Parking platform.

Along with the installed equipment and technology capabilities, Smart Parking has also been engaged to fulfil a 3-year maintenance contract with two 4-year extension options to ensure the system is always operating at its maximum capability.
