Skyline Parking: Project AZW

In the last two months the work on our car dealer project
has made significant progress. Not only is the entry level
of the building almost finished, we have also built all the
machinery for transporting the cars and are currently in
the testing phase.

Construction site 1: Building

Since the beginning of December, the basement and the concrete
walls were built and we are now finishing the roof of the entry floor.
Still in December, we will start building the steel structure of approx. two floors per week finishing the full building structure in January with
an overall height of 25 meters. As soon as the structure is completed, the car lift will be installed and the assembling of the automatic parking will begin.

Construction site 2: Automatic Parking - Testing of Machinery

Specialists and mechanical engineers are running a test session with a car. On the left you can see the red elevator, fixed on its rails (black).
On the right side, there is one of the 128 parking platforms as it will be used in the building.

The car lift is installed in a large hall close to Winterthur. Currently, it’s being tested with different weights and the speed of the transport process is continuously increased. On two “Open Door” days, investors had the opportunity to visit the site. „Amazing“ - „Impressively Fast“ - „Extremely Robust and Stable“ - where only some of the comments of our visitors. The test results are excellent and are exceeding even our expectations. In January, we will close the test environment and the car lift will be relocated to its final location.

In summary: The first project of a very innovative T-Park solution is on track, both on the building site as well as on the automatic parking site. It will deliver what has been planned: Less than 1 minute car delivery time, stable operation and an unmatched parking density.
