SKIDATA, Inc. Signs Agreement with ZipPark Inc. to Market, Sell and Distribute an Integrated Valet Solution Worldwide

The solution allows one ticket to be used for the entire parking and revenue control system, no matter which system the ticket originates. The move was in response to customers increasing requests for a valet system in hotels, hospitals, and many other locations where enhancing customer service is important to revenue growth and customer retention.

Our agreement marks and important transition for our US-based operations from a sales and support organization to a company that develops and markets products globally, said Tom Rollo, Senior Executive Vice President, SKIDATA, Inc. International support for the SKIDATA valet system will be managed from SKIDATA, Inc. in New Jersey.

This agreement offers a totally integrated Valet Parking Management System with single vendor responsibility. The system allows parking operators the flexibility of generating tickets within either system while offering integrated valet and traditional parking revenue control. Reporting for either system can be viewed at any SKIDATA or ZipPark point of sale computer via standard web interface. SKIDATA will also develop add-on solutions based upon an operators unique needs.
