Nicolas Perretta appointed management member of SKIDATA AG

Nicolas Perretta (50 years old) is in charge of the Mountain Destination sector of SKIDATA AG. A French national, he has more than 20 years of international experience in the mountain sports industry. Before joining SKIDATA, he managed the Compagnie des Alpes resorts of Tignes (France) and Courmayeur (Italy). Previously, he was in charge of the SKIDATA sister company in France, after starting his career with York Snow in the US. "Nicolas Perretta has the mission of developing our Mountain activity internationally andreinforcing our customer focus," explained Charles Egli, CEO of SKIDATA AG. "The ongoing development of our products and services, as well as the turnkey solutions that we develop for our clients ensure that we maintain our leading position in this sector. Mr. Perretta is the ideal candidate to drive these activities."

Nicolas Perretta succeeds Urs Grimm who has decided to give a new orientation to his career. Starting January 1st 2011, he will run his own firm offering business development and restructuring advisory services.
