The system uses high-precision cameras that record the movement of cars, and specially developed algorithms automatically create sessions, eliminate errors and manually review questionable numbers or sessions. After manual review, the system automatically handles errors, thereby learning from its mistakes and improving operational accuracy.

The office and commercial space complex "Grizindarzs" can be visited by both one-time visitors and employees of business center tenants. One-time visitors can pay for parking with the Mobilly system, while regular visitors have several payment options.

The lessee of the business center manages the parking lots of his employees based on the schedule of his employees and enters the car numbers into the system. For example, it can be 10 visits per month for hybrid employees, and a monthly subscription with unlimited visits for permanent employees. Based on the car number entered in the system and the number of days when the parking lot was used, an invoice is automatically issued at the end of the month according to the established tariff. Employees can also pay for subscriptions using the Flomo portal, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, ensuring convenient and fast payment processing.

Use of public parking with a self-service portal

Often, the parking lot of a business center is heavily used on weekdays, but it is free at night. To ensure maximum financial efficiency, the company BISS has developed an innovative self-service Flomo portal for using the parking lot at night. This solution allows residents living next door and others who need to park their cars at night to conveniently use the office and commercial space complex "Grizindarzs" parking lot. The purchase of a night pass is available to anyone interested through a public link.
