Scheidt & Bachmann: entervoo smart go In Use at the Q6Q7 Urban District

Since April 2022, the digital product entervo smart go from Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Solutions has been in use for registered short-term parkers in Mannheim, Germany, in the attractive and central Q6Q7 urban district. The center has christened the product "Qlever ParQ" for the end customer.

Here is a field report after one year of live operation:

One tenant in the district, Business Center Q7 - Flexible Büroräume, in particular, uses the clever solution intensively for its customers. The business center offers space for coworking and the complete rental of offices online at flexible times. Customers of the business center are registered with Qlever ParQ at the same time of rental by the business organizer for access to the associated underground car park. Scheidt & Bachmann's parking handling system is connected to entervo smart go via the entervo.connect platform. entervo processes and reads the registered license plate. The barrier opens automatically.

Katarina Hofer, founder and managing director of Business Center Q7 GmbH, is very satisfied: "Our office tenants use the Q6Q7 multi-storey car park at a very high frequency. Often you are under time pressure and the next customer appointment outside of Mannheim is waiting. Getting into the car quickly and driving off immediately is a privilege and saves a lot of time. There is no need to queue at the pay machine. We also offer the service to our conference room users and have the license plate number given to us before the appointment takes place. I am often told that you feel like a VIP when the barrier opens as if by magic both at the entrance and at the exit. Billing takes place at the end of the month to the cent and has been correct every month so far. For us, this is definitely a very big added value and contributes greatly to customer satisfaction!"

A total of 1376 parking spaces are available for visitors to the Q6Q7. The underground car park is operated by B+B Parkhaus GmbH & Co. KG in Düsseldorf, who are the owners of the entervo parking system and provide an online portal for registered short-term parkers via entervo smart go alias Qlever ParQ as an additional service.

Samuel Spaltner, Managing Director of B+B Parkhaus, explains: "As a car park operator, we are very pleased to be able to offer our customers and partners simple digital usage options. We can interact with the parking customer and thus get to know our customers and their behavior. Parking customers and partners such as the business center only pay the normal parking fees, the use of the QleverParQ platform is free of charge."
