Westfield puts its trust in the expertise of Scheidt and Bachmann
Scheidt and Bachmann has once again proven itself to be a specialist for parking area solutions for shopping centres. The management of Westfield in Great Britain has decided on entervo as the parking area management system for the new shopping complex in Stratford.
The entervo system will attract attention not only from the visitors to the impressive shopping centre, which will be open from mid-2011. The entervo system will be in the international spotlight one year later, since the huge multi-storey car park in Stratford is an integral component of the parking areas for the new London Olympic Stadium for the Olympic Games in 2012, which is currently under construction.
With this project in England, Westfield and Scheidt & Bachmann have continued the successful partnership which began with the equipment of the Hornsby Shopping Centre in Australia. Westfield is thereby putting its faith in the unique ChipCoin technology. EMC-compliant Chip&PIN terminals will be used for the first time in England at the exit, so that visitors to the shopping centre can also pay direct at the exit if they have forgotten to do so before getting into their cars.
