Schmit Parkeersystemen B.V. new Scheidt & Bachmann´s subsidiary
Scheidt & Bachmann proudly announces that Schmit Parkeersystemen B.V., based in Zoetermeer / Netherlands, joins the Scheidt & Bachmann family as a 100% subsidiary retroactive to 01.01.2015. Based on a long and successful partnership, both company management boards decided this was a natural, future oriented step.
The company will be maintained as an independent organization under the name Scheidt & Bachmann Parkeersystemen B.V. and will continue to offer its well-known On and Off Street product and service portfolio. The team will remain a highly competent contact for the Netherlands.

As a subsidiary we are now happy of taking the advantage offered by a system solution supplier / integrator like S&B which gives us direct access to research & development as well as a manufacturing”, states Pieter Bakker, Managing Director of Schmit Parkeersystemen B.V., looking into the future.

The new subsidiary will continue to offer the On-Street Parking products of Cale from Sweden. “Our long business relation with Schmit Parkeersystemen and good collaboration with Scheidt & Bachmann will in this constellation ensure new opportunities for Cale”, says Anton Kaya, Managing Director of Cale Access AB, Sweden.
