Scheidt & Bachmann Improves Automatic Pay Stations
S&B provides, with immediate effect, automatic pay station down lighting attachments in a new design, and a single machine in which a number of languages with differing graphical characters can be displayed.
The Automatic Pay Stations, located in the pedestrian areas, are self-service terminals for the payment and extra payment of parking fees in closed parking areas. In normal case, they are used for the payment and extra payment of short-term parker tickets, but they can also be used for other card types such as parking checks, congress cards, value cards or season parker cards, as well as for the extra payment if the parking time has been exceeded or for charging of money and time balances. They can also be configured for the sale of cards, e.g. time value cards.
All Automatic Pay Stations are able to simultaneously process several tariff structures and tariff tables in order to collect parking fees for several parking areas and to process different tariffs for bonus and loyalty concepts.
