Primaverii Stadium Parking Lots Join Quercus Technologies' Intelligent Parking Revolution

The Primaverii Stadium parking lots, located in the city of Cluj-Napoca, in Romania, join the intelligent parking revolution provided by Quercus Technologies. This parking lot has a capacity of 379 parking spaces, 16 of them for people with reduced mobility, four for motorcycles or mopeds, and 60 spaces for bicycles.

A total of nine SmartLPR Access license plate recognition cameras have been installed in the various Primaverii Stadium parking lots. Four of them in the Primaverii 20 car park, another three in Primaverii 8, and the two remaining ones in Mogosoaia 9. The car park access control cameras created by Quercus Technologies are the perfect tool to guarantee the optimum control of the car park and to streamline mobility and security within the car park and its access areas.

The cameras are there to read the vehicles’ license plates and to detect fraudulent attempts to enter the premises and any type of theft. The parking management system provides the user with all the necessary information about their vehicle and allows them to book their parking space in advance with only their license plate number.

The LPR camera system automates access to the site, avoiding the creation of long lines at the entrances and exits of the parking lot. The license plate recognition capability of each vehicle makes it possible to know exactly which vehicles are in each zone and if there is availability for parking, guaranteeing a pleasant experience for the user.
