Q-Park Paradise Street Project car park opens in November
Car park operator Q-Park is set to open the first of three car parks in November as part of the prestigious 800 million Paradise Street Project in Liverpool, UK.
The impressive architect-designed five storey, 540-space Q-Park Liver Street car park will provide top quality, safe, secure and convenient parking facilities, and will include a glass bridge connecting directly to the second floor of the new 240,000 sq ft John Lewis department store. Completion of the John Lewis store is to take place in 2007. The car park is then to be re-branded as Q-Park John Lewis.
The Q-Park Liver Street car park opens to the public at 2.30pm on November 21st 2005 following the official launch, with the adjacent NCP Paradise Street car park closing the same day.
In all, Q-Park will provide a total of 3000 new parking spaces for the development, with its second and third car parks opening at the end of 2007, in time for the completion of the main construction scheme and ready for Liverpool’s year as European Capital of Culture in 2008.
