Q-Park Gets A Number Of Important Contracts Within Brussels And Ostend
The parking company Q-Park Belgium NV has with Redevco Retail Belgium Comm. and Redevco Industrial Belgium Comm. V. closed an agreement for the rent of 3 of her parkings in Brussels. Per 1 January 2005, Q-Park takes lain over the daily exploitation and the operational management of the parkings at the Inno department stores of the "Nieuwstraat", the "Louisalaan" and the "Waterloosesteenweg" in Ukkel. In total, it goes over 1,322 parking spaces.
Q-Park Belgium NV has also signed an agreement with EKO (Exploitation "Kursaal Oostende") for the management of the new to build underground parking "Kursaal" in Oostende. The parking is yielded in the first quarter by 2005 and counts 325 parking spaces.
