Q-Park France Established In Le Havre
Q-Park France signed an Administrative Emphyteutic lease (BEA), with le Groupe Hospitalier du Havre (GHH) (the Hospital group of Le Havre) for the car parks extensions of lHôpital Monod in Le Havre and the installation of the paying parking.
This extension will carry the capacity of the parks of surface in 1236 places including 301 for the public and 935 for the employees of the site.
The mission of Q-Park on this project is to finance work related to this extension and to assure during 20 years the renewals necessary to the good exploitation. On the other hand, Q-Park will annually receive on behalf of the GHH a rent intended to cover loan refunding and the renewals.
Q-Park positions thus like an actor innovating in the sector of the parking while being the first operator deprived to sign this type of contract in France with a hospital partner. This experiment will be also very useful for them within the framework of other procedures of the same type (BEA in hospital medium) for which Q-Park is currently candidate.
